You'll oversee three core areas of responsibility:1. Business Development:Identify and acquire new clients in the industry sector (includes cold-calling).Define and execute sales strategies.Lead business meetings with key decision-makers.Negotiate contract terms with clients and candidates.2. Talent Acquisition:Define recruitment strategies to attract top engineering talent.Conduct interviews and assess candidates.Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.3. What matters most is your mindset and motivation.Fluent in French and German (B2++/C1 minimum).Engineering degree or MSc in Management, Economics or Business Administration.You have between 0-3 years'experience.Strong interest in Sales, Entrepreneurship and Engineering.Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
