With an true entrepreneurial mindset, you actively shape the success and growth of Agap2 Switzerland’s Life Science division. You will manage your own profit center and continuously develop new customer relationships. You will also be responsible for recruiting new employees and managing your own team of consultants.ResponsibilitiesManagement of the entire business life cycle managementClients sourcingSales strategy definitionSet up, lead and conduct business meetings with key decision-makers in the industryContracts negotiationManagement of the talent acquisition processCandidates sourcingRecruitment strategy definitionSet up, lead and conduct first and second interviews with future consultants holding an engineering or PhD degreesCandidates closingSignature of full-time contractsManagement of a team of consultantsCareer plans managementPeople managementBusiness unit managementRequirementsMSc in Management, Economics or Business Administration.
