We work in the Life Science, Energy, Infrastructure, Transportation, Chemicals sectors.With a true entrepreneur mindset, you actively shape the success and growth of agap2 Switzerland’s Life Science division. You will manage your own profit center and continuously develop new customer relationships. You will also be responsible for recruiting new employees and managing your own team of consultants.Responsibilities1- Management of the entire business life cycle managementClients sourcingSales strategy definitionSet up, lead and conduct business meetings with key decision-maker in the IndustryContracts negotiation2- Management of the talent acquisition processCandidates sourcingRecruitment strategy definitionSet up, lead and conduct first and second interviews with future consultants holding an engineering or PhDdegreesCandidates closingSignature of full-time contracts3- Management of a team of consultantsCareer plans managementPeople managementBusiness unit managementRequirementsMSc in Management, Economics or Business Administration. Alternatively, Engineer with a strong appetite for Business Development6 months to 3 years professional experience, including internships and apprenticeshipStrong interest in Business Development, Entrepreneurship and EngineeringYou are fluent in German (C1 minimum), speaking French is a strong advantageEngineering Consulting in the fields of Life Science, Automation, Energy, Railway, Construction with Offices in Zürich, Basel und Lausanne #J-18808-Ljbffr
