Custodigit offers an institutional-grade digital asset solution for regulated financial institutions. Our product combines custody, trading, settlement, and AML into an end-to-end offering, which can be seamlessly integrated into the core banking solution of financial institutions. Custodigit works at the forefront of technological evolution in the financial sector and is backed by three key market players in Switzerland - SIX, Swisscom and Sygnum.

We are a young and dynamic company with 20 employees based in Zurich. Our multi-national team balances knowledge and experience from the banking and financial services sectors with specialist expertise in distributed ledger technology and digital asset security.

In order to support our growth path, we are looking for a Junior Business Manager with a smart mind who tackles challenges with both hands.

Tasks

As Junior Business Manager, you will support the COO and CEO in a broad range of tasks that encompass all operational aspects of Custodigit as well as ensuring delivery of key projects.

**In particular, responsibilities include**:

- Assume responsibility for various controlling and reporting topics such as invoicing/billing management, IT development cost tracking, etc.
- Drive human resources and organizational development topics such as recruiting, time recording, holiday planning, organizational structure, etc.
- Ensure proper onboarding and offboarding of internal employees and external contractors, including IT system access management
- Drive company building by organizing company events and townhall meetings
- Manage building access, organize office equipment and supplies
- Support COO on Legal, Audit, Compliance, and Risk topics
- Support key projects and taskforces from Operations, CEO, or IT

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
- 1-2 years professional work experience in a similar function (prior experience within the financial service industry is a plus)
- Willingness to assume ownership and drive projects independently
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, able to work in cross-functional teams
- Strong written and oral communication skills, fluency in English and German
