Tasks
**With a true entrepreneurial mindset, you will**:

- Take full ownership of your business unit’s success and profitability.
- Drive new business by building strong, long-term client relationships with top-tier industrials in the Life Science sector.
- Define engineering projects and services we can offer to our industrial partners
- Recruit and lead a high-performing team of engineering consultants.

**You’ll oversee three core areas of responsibility**:
**1\. Business Development**:

- Identify and acquire new clients in the industry sector (includes cold-calling).
- Define and execute sales strategies.
- Lead business meetings with key decision-makers.

**2\. Talent Acquisition**:

- Define recruitment strategies to attract top engineering talent.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

**3\. Team Leadership**:

- Build and manage your own team of consultants.
- Support career development
- Ensure consultants and clients satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
**What You Bring**:
You don’t need years of experience—we'll teach you everything you need to succeed. What matters most is your mindset and motivation.
- Fluent in French and German (B2++/C1 minimum).
- Engineering degree or MSc in Management, Economics or Business Administration.
- You have between 0-3 years'experience.
- Strong interest in Sales, Entrepreneurship and Engineering.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
