**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du übernimmst die fachliche und personelle Führung des Controlling Teams
- Du tauschst dich regelmässig mit den Verantwortlichen aus und unterstützt sie bei der finanziellen Führung ihrer Bereiche
- Du übernimmst bei Projekten die Führung bzgl. der wirtschaftlichen Balance und Qualität
- Du leitest und entwirfst aktiv den Budgetprozess
- Du erstellst und analysierst mit deinem Team periodisch Auswertungen, sowie Businesspläne und entwickelst daraus Handlungsempfehlungen
- Du gestaltest und entwickelst die Controlling-Instrumente weiter und unterstützt die Konzeption der Kostenträgerrechnung

**Deine Skills**:

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene, höhere betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanzen oder Controlling
- Du überzeugst mit deiner Führungs
- und Berufserfahrung im Controlling
- Du kennst dich vorzugsweise mit BI-/MIS-Systemen aus
- Du bist dienstleistungsorientiert und kommunikativ
