Head of Controlling Global Operations

Your tasks Lead and develop the global Operations Controlling function with five direct reports and 25 global finance teams part of Global Operations Develop and enhance financial and operational performance management systems Oversee monthly and annual closings in Operations, with focus on operational profitability and net working capital management Manage the annual budget and Capex planning processes for Operations Provide financial steering for strategic projects, M&A due diligences, and ad-hoc analyses Support the definition and execution of the global Operations Strategy footprint, acquisition integrations, operational excellence, digitalization, continuous improvement) Drive process harmonization, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives Your profile Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance, or equivalent 10+ years of controlling experience in a manufacturing/operations environment (required) Proven experience leading global teams or projects Familiarity with LEAN, Six Sigma, and/or Operational Excellence Solid skills in MS Office and SAP Strong change-management and organizational development capabilities Analytical, quick-minded, and reliable with an operations-oriented mindset Willingness to travel internationally as needed Benefits Clear vision and purpose "We are a sustainability and innovation leader providing superior customer value" is our vision and this is what guides us.
