  • Your background and your qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet all of the following essential requirements:

  • Held at least 2 General Manager-level roles in the direct selling beauty industry.
  • Minimum 10 years of leadership experience, including market P&L ownership.
  • Held at least 2 international leadership roles outside of Switzerland, across different geographies.
  • Demonstrated success in both corporate and franchise/direct selling hybrid structures.
  • Experience working with social selling and influencer-driven go-to-market strategies.
  • Fluent in English, with proven ability to communicate at Board and Executive Team level.
  • Open to relocation or based in Switzerland with valid work eligibility.

Highly Advantageous

  • Familiarity with Central & Eastern European markets and beauty sector dynamics.
  • Working knowledge of Swedish and/or Russian is considered an asset.

  • Strong track record of succession planning and internal talent development.
