Das Brisket - Southern BBQ & Bar wurde im Mai 2015 direkt beim Bahnhof Hardbrücke im Zürcher Kreis 5 eröffnet. Es ist spezialisiert auf Southern BBQ, also auf das Smoken ganzer Fleischstücke im eigens aus Texas importierten Smoker. Kombiniert wird das authentische Southern BBQ mit einer klassischen American Bar. Das Brisket strahlt ein authentisches, urbanes Ambiente aus und fokussiert sich auf höchste Qualität gepaart mit unseren Grundmerkmalen Herzlichkeit, Natürlichkeit und Style.

Seit Sommer 2022 betreiben wir einen Food-Stand im Freiruum Zug.

Brisket ist Teil der Von Matt Hospitality Group (VMHG). Wir sind ein Familienunternehmen und betreiben Lokale in Zürich und Zug. Neben dem Brisket Southern BBQ & Bar gehören auch die Brands The Bite Gourmet Burger, Yardbird Southern Fired Chicken und LA Brea SoCal Tacos zur Familie. Mit Freunden Essen soll immer ein unvergessliches Erlebnis sein, wir bieten den perfekten Ort dazu.

Als Ergänzung für unser Team in Zug suchen wir Dich, mit Start nach Vereinbarung, in der Funktion als:
**Shift Leader*in Food-Stand (100%)**
- Aktive Mitarbeit in der Produktion sowie im Verkauf der verschiedenen Menükomponenten
- Führen des Brisket-Team in Zug (3-4 MA)
- Mithilfe bei der Rekrutierung und Entwicklung des Teams
- Organisieren und Durchführen von Events im Freiruum
- Administration mit Arbeitsplanung, Inventur und Bestellwesen, usw.
- Überwachung der Arbeitsabläufe
- Sicherstellen, dass die Hygiene-Standards eingehalten werden
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Geschäftsführer Brisket (Zürich & Zug) sowie dem Küchen-Team in Zürich
- gelernter Koch, der Verantwortung übernehmen will _oder_ Front-Persönlichkeit mit Erfahrung in der Küche
- Liebe, Lust und Leidenschaft Teil unseres Teams im Freiruum Zug zu sein
- Hohes Qualitäts
- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Führungsqualitäten und Teamfähigkeit
- Organisations-Talent mit ersten Erfahrungen in administrativen Aufgaben
- Problemlose Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
