The Role & What You Will Be Doing You’ll act as the owner and strategic leader of assigned brands or segments. The Product Manager drives the strategy, tactics, forecasting, and operational excellence needed to maximise patient impact and ensure Viatris is a trusted partner in improving healthcare outcomes. Responsibilities Set the Vision: Drive end-to-end brand strategy, define positioning, and align cross‑functional teams. Stay close to customers to shape direction. Own the Numbers: Forecast with precision, manage the P&L, and steer performance. Inspire Action: Lead campaigns, equip field teams, and ensure launch excellence. Cross‑functional leadership: Collaborate across Medical, Sales, Market Access, and beyond. Shape the Market: Engage KOLs, and shape external advocacy and guidelines. Continuous improvement: Challenging norms and adapting to market shifts. About Your Skills & Experience For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences: 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management or brand leadership roles. Hands on with demonstrated strategic thinking, strong forecasting and financial acumen. Proven experience in cross‑functional leadership and influencing without direct authority. Strong customer and stakeholder engagement experience. Fluent in German and English (French or Italian? Even better).
