Marketing Manager Nutrition Supplements

Branson Pharma, a Swiss pharmaceutical and medical nutrition supplements company, is expanding its pan-European business and we are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the nutrition supplements product roll out and support.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Development of robust growth strategies for the nutrition business across Europe. Experience in building strategies from scratch is a must.
- Development of the marketing plan and activities to support new product launches.
- Regular market trend & sales analysis; identification of growth areas.
- Development and roll-out of marketing campaigns including communication concepts towards HCPs and direct to patients
- Strong collaboration and alignment of planned activities with the region and key countries.
- Strong collaboration with R&D in the development of product claims, transforming clinical knowledge into smart execution campaigns that make claim sets stand out in already crowded nutrition supplements market. Real examples and past experience is a must to have, as we look through them.
- Transforming customer insights & needs into action with significant value generation.
- Active member of project teams, and other consultation groups, partly with external experts and customers.
- Self-starter.
- Entrepreneurial but focused on delivering the growth and short-term objectives.

**Your profile**
- University degree in Marketing and/or science (Nutrition / Biology / Pharmacy / Medicine) with a business experience.
- Experienced in working and living in different European geographic locations (UK, Switzerland, France).
- Entrepreneurial spirit yet with a solid eye for business growth and delivering results
- Fluent English language skills (oral and in writing), German language skills are not required.
- Expert in MS Office.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels and branding
- Solid communication skills and collaboration abilities.
- High degree of flexibility and engagement.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under significant pressure.
