Today Swibeco has more than 6’000 corporate clients in Switzerland, including major brands such as AXA, Swissquote, FedEx/TNT, Alcon, Decathlon, Capgemini, Holcim, Sprüngli, SAP, etc.
Our team is made up of 60+ talented people in our offices in Lausanne and Zurich.

We are currently experiencing a double-digit growth and, in this context, we are looking for a
**Partnership Support Associate** to strengthen our team in Lausanne or in Zurich.

This role will report directly to our Head of eCommerce & Partnerships.

**About the role**:
The Partnerships department is in charge of defining and executing our strategy with existing and future commercial partners. The team objective is to identify and negotiate with the best brands and get the best deals for our customers on the Swibeco platform. Your role will be to support the development of the team and will include the following tasks:

- Support in our e-commerce platform management
- Handle offers reduction, translations and publications in collaboration with our Partnerships Managers
- Administrative support to the team members
- Follow-up online orders and invoices to providers and partners
- Handle the ticketing system for the Partnerships team
- Update our CRM according to new deals and partnerships
- Search and identifications of new potential partners

**Requirements**:
**Your profile**:

- Bachelor degree
- Fluent in French, German and English, Italian would be a plus
- A first experience, ideally in a sales administration and support role would be a plus
- Very good writing skills, detail oriented and services mindset
- Good understanding of the ecommerce industry, with a strong interest for sales and procurement.
- Autonomous, proactive, able to handle multiple priorities, stress-resistant.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer orientation, positive in nature.
