The starting date is as soon as possible in our new office on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich.

**Duration**: 6 Months

Key responsibilities

**Clients**:
Support the client onboarding process together with internal stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, etc.) and external service providers
Support in the optimisation of processes related to client onboardings
Update and maintain the CRM for accurate recordkeeping of client relationships
Conduct research, and support the Institutional Sales team with ad-hoc projects
Support ongoing account management tasks for existing clients

**Counterparties**:
Support the counterparty onboarding process together with internal stakeholders (Partnerships, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, etc.) and external service providers
Support in the optimisation of processes related to counterparty onboardings
Update and maintain the CRM for accurate recordkeeping of counterparty relationships
Conduct research, and support the Partnerships team with ad-hoc projects
Support ongoing account management tasks for existing Partnerships

**General**:
Organization and planning support related to event
**Requirements**:
A relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory e.g. in Business, Economics, Legal or Engineering
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous questions, thoughtfully prioritise efforts, and efficiently drive to clear recommendations
Service oriented, with great team spirit, and eager to learn
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Crypto experience is an advantage but not a prerequisite, enthusiasm is a must
Full working proficiency in English a must; German is a plus
Eligible to work in Switzerland
