**Your responsibilites**:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Chief Institutional Sales as a member of the management to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering relationships with institutional investors and HNWI to attract lending into our DLT-based debt securities and fixed income products. Your expertise and industry knowledge will be critical in expanding our institutional investor base, increasing assets under management, and achieving our growth targets.

Your responsibilities:

- Execute a comprehensive sales strategy to attract institutional investors and HNWI for our DLT-based debt securities and fixed income products.
- Identify and target potential institutional investors and HNWI, including asset management firms, family offices and other financial institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the institutional investment community, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Present and effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our DLT-based debt securities and fixed income products, highlighting their benefits, such as enhanced transparency, security, and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to continuously enhance our offerings and align them with market demands.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to effectively position our products and anticipate investor needs.
- Lead negotiations and drive the closing process of lending deals with institutional investors and HNWI.
- Provide ongoing support and engagement to institutional investors, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Continuously track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven track record of success in selling fixed income products, debt securities, digital asset funds or similar financial instruments to institutional investors or HNWI, ideally (but not a must) in the digital asset space.
- Extensive network and connections within the institutional investor and HNWI community in TradFi and/or DeFi.
- Strong knowledge of fixed income and/or capital markets as such, investment strategies, and risk management.
- Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) and blockchain technology is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, target-driven and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance related to fixed income and institutional investments.
- Fluency in English is required; French, German or any other European language preferred.
