To reinforce our Team, based in Zurich, we are recruiting a
**Deputy Chief Inflight Service Staff**
We are looking for a Team member already living in Switzerland.
Description/Tasks:
- Office support: update systems, create logins, send reminders
- Structure and manage the storage of all Flight attendant related documentation and processes
- Creation and administration of Flight Attendant documentation
- Hiring Process, Interviews, Advertisements
- Interviews: organize and conduct interviews with IFS, provide interview feedback to Chief IFS
- On
- and Offboarding of Flight Attendants
- Assistance to the Chief Flight Attendant
- Training: Assisting/conducting training modules / set up training sessions, company Introduction
- Charter flights: guide freelancers on charter flights, assist IFS with catering when necessary
- Cabin and Galley outfitting
Qualification/Experience:
- Experienced in Commercial and Private Aviation
- Experienced in VVIP Service and Catering Skills
- Multicultural understanding
- Outgoing, flexible and reliable person with independent personality
- Team player
- Good knowledge in administration
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Advanced IT skills
