As **Community and Partnerships Associate** at Ledgy, your mission is to help us spread the word about Ledgy by implementing marketing and partnerships campaigns across multiple channels, both internal and external, and get the chance to grow an independent community in equity. **Short-term goals (3 months): Take ownership of core communications channels, and help build our partnerships with external communities** - Understand our users and their pain points, and get familiar with why Ledgy matters to our customers - Begin to work with community partners, managing relationships and steering new initiatives - Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness **Medium/Long-term goals (6 to 12 months): Build and grow an independent community & social media forum to spread the knowledge of Equity** - Consistently engage our community with great content, as well as regularly engaging with partner organizations - Be responsible for defining KPIs and measuring success in your role - Develop strong relationships with key customers and partners, addressing feedback and iterating to make our community partnerships work smoothly - Uncover and nurture new community partnerships across Europe, ensuring new partners are set up for success with partner enablement and co-marketing initiatives **The job is a good fit if you** - have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Marketing (Social-Media Marketing), Partnerships, Community or Communications, preferably at a startup - have excellent verbal communication and writing skills, can adapt your messaging for different audiences - are confident building relationships with senior external stakeholders - have experience launching community initiatives and building a brand presence on social media and other digital channels - have very strong writing skills in English (and potentially FR/DE) - are confident working independently and autonomously - are adaptable, organized & able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - work with a growth mindset and a results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating) - don't forget to have fun while juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment **Being part of Ledgy means to** - See "the whole journey" and be one of the first team members of a company that scales from Switzerland to be the major player in Europe and globally - Work with a passionate team with diverse interests such as the outdoors ️, meditation, and space exploration - Have a chance to get to know the startup world and it's leaders inside and out - Have flexible working hours, be able to work remotely, and benefit from 25 days of vacation - Get stock options to become an owner of Ledgy yourself - Take part in company off-sites and in optional regular team activities all this to create a fun and productive ‍ working environment where personal hobbies and projects have enough space as well.
