**What you will do**
In this position, you will support Tecan company-wide in strategy projects and enable the growth targets through M&A and partnerships across both the Life Science and Partnering divisions with a special focus on China market. Furthermore, you will support post-merger integration projects in China and worldwide.

**Responsibilities will include**
- Gathering and analyzing market intelligence with a particular focus on China market
- Supplying Tecan’s leadership with insightful competitive analysis and strategic advice
- Developing and review Tecan’s China strategy covering operational and commercial aspects
- Supporting and independently drive M&A activities
- Due diligence and pre/post-merger integration projects
- Support PMO activities in larger projects, including planning, implementation and tracking of initiatives focused on China market

**What you bring along**
- Bachelor’s Degree in science (preferable life science disciplines)
- OR Master’s degree in economics
- MBA is beneficial
- At least 3 years’ experience in strategy development or M&A
- AND at least 5 years’ working experience in the China
- Full proficiency in English and Mandarin, German is beneficial
- Excellent Excel skills
