**Your role**
Group Corporate Legal is looking for a temporary maternity replacement in the Contracting & Technology Legal area. You will provide legal advice and support to our procurement partner and business colleagues to negotiate and document all types of third-party vendor contracts. The scope of duties shall include counselling on legal disputes, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating bespoke agreements, interpreting contracts and assessing legal risks with a special focus on IT and technology transactions such as software, hardware, cloud services, IT consultancy and IT outsourcing.
