From driving our exciting capital investment program to creating a best-in-class maintenance organization, you will play a pivotal role in our journey towards innovation, success and growth. We value excellence and prioritize compliance with all regulations, cGMP and ESH standards. - Provide matrix leadership of the engineering and maintenance function globally, ensuring that the organization is correctly resourced and appropriately qualified and experienced to deliver its objectives. - Provide governance for the capital investment program with a budget of >100mCHF annually, ensuring all investment projects are approved with high quality business cases and cost/time estimates, and then executed within those approved parameters. The program includes 100s of projects annually in maintenance, replacement, compliance and incremental growth. - Work closely with the Head of Strategic Growth to ensure the larger growth investments managed within that function run alongside the rest of the investment program in an integrated and synergistic manner. - Work closely with the Head of Technology to support the implementation of new manufacturing technologies into the existing plants. Post-successful pilot, support the transition of such technology into standard operations. - Ensure each site in the network continuously improves and executes a maintenance excellence program, including asset criticality analysis and TPM to maximize asset availability and minimize revenue lost to unplanned maintenance activities, whilst also focussing on optimizing the cost of the program. - Support the sites in creating decarbonization and energy efficiency plans, in sum total sufficient to deliver Corden Pharma’s commitments under the SBTi. **Ihr Profil**: - Diploma in engineering (Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc. / B. Sc.) or equivalent - 10 years of experience in engineering and maintenance in the pharmaceutical or related industry. - Strong GMP knowledge with technical expertise and understanding of manufacturing equipment in Drug Substance and/or Drug Product manufacturing. - Business fluency in English with other company languages considered an advantage (German, French, Italian, Portuguese. - Broad leadership experience managing capital projects of up to 10-20mCHF and/or large maintenance organizations.
