Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for Shockwave Medical Inc. a **Territory Sales Manager A-CH**, to be located in **Switzerland**.

Our Cardiovascular team develops leading solutions for heart recovery, electrophysiology, and stroke. You will join a proud heritage of continually elevating standards of care for stroke, heart failure and atrial fibrillation (AFib) patients.
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategies to introduce and expand the Shockwave Reducer therapy in Austria and Switzerland.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, cardiologists, and healthcare providers.
- Build a strong referral network and work closely with referring physicians.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support therapy adoption and market development.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and reimbursement policies to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage travel requirements up to 80% within Austria and Switzerland, attending conferences, medical meetings, and customer visits.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in the interventional cardiology business.
- Track record in establishing and growing new medical therapies.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Existing network within the cardiology community in Austria and Switzerland preferred.
- Deep understanding of reimbursement processes and healthcare policies in both countries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinker capable of overcoming challenges and finding innovative solutions.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Willingness to travel up to 80% within Austria and Switzerland.
- Fluency in German & English required; French language is a plus.
