- Lead & support local Employee Engagement strategies and programs
- Ensure a proper and unique pre
- & onboarding experience for new joiners
- Effectively initiates collaboration with colleagues at all levels
- Partner with Takeda’s global HR expertise teams to ensure alignment
**How you will contribute:**:**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Lead the new employee orientation and on-boarding programs and processes for employees in Switzerland (timely distribution, communications ) and provide input on content design and best practices.
- Produce and facilitate in-person/virtual onboarding engagement events such as “New Employee Welcome Day” or virtual “New Employee” webinars.
- Identify, develop and monitor learning & e-learning formats and resources by partnering with global expertise teams and external vendors
- Partner with the HR Services Team/ TBS and TR to establish performance measures, metrics and analytics.
- Develop and implement employees surveys with regards to various topics.
- Partner with Total Rewards to develop and implement employee loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with regional People Advisory Groups (Japan and Boston) to share best practices and align programs and practices when applicable.
- Initiate, develop and support local employee engagement activities (social, health management and wellbeing, etc.).
- Work together with the Talent Acquisition team to support local Employer Branding activities.
**What you bring to Takeda:**:**EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS**:
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years experience in HR, preferably as a Business Partner or as a Learning & Development Specialist.
- Solid knowledge of organizational trends.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation and project management skills.
- People management experience preferred.
- Ability to lead, inspire, and get results from non-employee consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ability to work effectively across functions and with colleagues at all levels within and outside of Human Resources.
- Demonstrated professionalism under stress and the ability to prioritize and organize effectively with planned and unplanned projects and requests
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, in particular Power Point.
- Excellent German, proficiency in English.
