**Your role**

Are you a strategic thinker? Do you want to drive our business forward? Do you know how to steer projects from start to finish? We are looking for someone like you to bring our client segments forward and actively shape the future growth of UBS Wealth Management Switzerland by
- driving the identification, development and implementation of strategic growth initiatives for our client segments
- leading key initiatives and herby independently managing and interfacing with various stakeholders at all levels (incl. WM CH Region Heads, Desk Heads, Product Specialists, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR)
- supporting the WMCH senior management in shaping our strategy and their decision-making
- acting as a market representative for WM Switzerland in Global Wealth Management initiatives and projects

You will be part of the WMCH Segment Management team based in Zurich City. The team is highly motivated - at the same time a collegial and collaborative spirit is at the core of how we work together. As part of the team you will be working on identifying strategic growth opportunities through focused business development initiatives for the segments. You will have end-to-end project responsibility and work closely with stakeholder across the bank.

**Your expertise**
- a top-grade Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in economics, business administration or engineering
- 4+ years working experience in strategy consulting, business management/ development and/ or project management
- strong interest and knowledge in the financial industry, client trends and digital innovation
- analytical self-starter working hands-on towards excellent results and owning projects from start to finish
- able to quickly understand new topics and proactively take ownership for new projects
- strong in negotiating and communicating and experience in working with and presenting to (senior) executives
- very collaborative - enjoying teamwork
- fluent in German and English; French being a plus
