**Your Role and Responsibilities**
You are responsible for driving technology consulting business. You take active part in sales process, create proposals, conduct client workshops, present Kyndryl services, build trust-based relationship with our clients and convey Kyndryl value to them.
You work with the Kyndryl cloud experts to develop strategies for our clients in their transformation into the cloud. You coordinate with other Go-To-Market resources to support deal closure in complex, cross service line deals, provide technical expertise as needed during pre-sales process.
**Drive deal response for Consulting Unit with domain specific or cross with support from the solutioning team**:
- Define a unique winning proposition using technology-specific expertise & orchestrate the overall deal response
- Lead client engagement negotiations in bringing the consulting experience for new technologies for domain and service line deals and determine the pricing/commercial strategy
- Work with cross Kyndryl teams on multi-tower deals
- Analyze the requirements with our customers and develop a common understanding of future business and IT processes
- Keep track of costs, operational stability and the integration of the developed solutions

- Participates in bid defense meetings with the client as a technical solution expert; close the sale & win client satisfaction with the engagement
- Support in developing/repackaging/shaping solution capabilities aligned to deal characteristics & needs in the targeted account
- Maintain relationships with key alliance partners & co-sell within ecosystems.
**Business Development and Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders; experience originating deals with C-level clients; lead pursuit teams; participate and lead the proposal development process; contribute to proposal shaping and pricing strategies.
**Delivery & Engagement Management**: Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk.
**Offer and Capability Development**: Provide market / customer intelligence related to new market or capability opportunities to drive new business.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- We are looking for a professional with deep experience in the area of consultancy, business development or similar.
Deep knowledge and experience in one or several below areas:
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, SANS GIAC, Security+ and/or OSCP a plus
- Experience advising customers on architectures meeting industry standards such as PCI DSS, HIPAA/HDS, and NIST/DoD frameworks
- Strong understanding of information security regulatory requirements and standards such as ISO 27001/2, GDPR
- Background in computer architectures, digital design, and cryptography
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- 10+ years experience in IT security, compliance and risk management, including privacy, controls
- Proved experience in a consultant role (in service companies or in one of the market leading consulting companies
- Experience in consulting methodologies and tools
- Fluent in German and English (Understanding of French is a plus).
