- The Key City Visual Merchandiser (Assistant Store Manager) ensures that our Visual Merchandising (VM) standards are consistently enforced to exceed our customers' expectations in the designated Key City stores, while also developing the VM knowledge and skills of these store teams. This person reports directly to the District Manager and works closely with the Regional / Geo VM Manager and Store Manager of the designated Key City Stores. He / she will be located in a high-profile store and is expected to spend 50% of the time in this high-profile store, whereas the remaining time will be dedicated to support the development of the in-store VM associates / Store Management teams in the designated Key City Stores.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implementation of VM presentation according to current VM & Marketing guidelines to deliver brand consistency and improve the VM standards in our Key City stores.
- Investigating new VM initiatives, ideas and providing feedback to improve visual presentation, performance and engagement in the Key City.
- The VM contact point for Key City initiatives and providing VM support and guidance on campaigns, supplier launches, equipment rollouts, promotional communications, activation events and POS management.
- Building VM knowledge and skills of the VM associates & Store Management teams through training programs and 1-on-1 coaching.
- Commercial business partner for Customer Experience (CX) & Sales teams, working closely with District and Store Managers to improve store performance through our VM guidelines.
- Analyzing the local market and competition within the Key City area.
- Making regular store visits with the RVM, GVM or DM and providing detailed feedback and action plans as needed.
- Coordinating Key City store visits with the VM in charge of our main suppliers based on the VM support program.
- Responsible for all VM tasks in leading a store opening or remodel and ensuring effective communication associated with it.

**Qualifications**:

- About 3 years of relevant VM work experience.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices for VM.
- Creative and innovative thinker.
- Good analytical skills, for example experience analyzing sales reports, and the ability to combine this with a hands-on and operational attitude.
- Strong communication skills, also in English.
- Able to travel for a longer period of time (in certain situations 1 week away from home).
- Flexible availability - the role is from Monday to Friday. Actual hours may vary and there is a chance that you will be working late, at night or on weekends due to business initiatives, but this will be clearly communicated in advance.
