**VOS RESPONSABILITES**

**Administration des ventes RETAIL**

**Joaillerie, Horlogerie et HTI**:

- Assurer la disponibilité du stock en lien avec les assortiments cibles pour chaque boutique
- Mise en place du réapprovisionnement automatique via SAP et mise à jour régulière
- Réponse aux besoins de produits des boutiques (quotidiens) et mise à jour de l’outil de suivi des besoins/réponses
- Suivi des commandes spéciales
- Suivi des commandes straps avec les fournisseurs
- Coordination avec le siège et les autres pays si besoin de réallocations pour répondre à des besoins plus spécifiques
- Coordination des campagnes de réallocation globales avec les boutiques et le siège Gestion des flux opérationnels de livraisons des pièces en boutique ainsi que des retours HQ via SAP
- Mise à disposition des produits pour les confiés collaborateurs et gestion du flux système.

**MERCHANDISING**
- Définition des Assortiments à la boutique
- Sizing de la politique de stock pour le marché (en lien avec les assortiments retail mais aussi les besoins wholesale)
- Gestion des allocations entre les 2 boutiques sur le périmètre High Ticket

**ANALYSES DES VENTES ET DU STOCK**
- Mise en place de KPI de suivi de stock et de niveau de couverture de stock
- Préparation et Animation séance de partage mensuelle avec les équipes Retail
- Anticipation des besoins spécifiques en fonction de la saisonnalité des ventes
- Analyses de performance ad hoc (_ex : performances métriques versus stock_)

**Support Business Analysis**
- Contribution aux business reviews internes ou avec partenaires

**PROFIL RECHERCHE**

Formation : en cours de formation école de commerce, ingénieur ou équivalent

Précédente expérience en entreprise souhaitée
- A l’aise avec les chiffres
- Bonne aisance avec Excel, connaissance SAP (ou autre ERP) serait un plus, Powerpoint
- Rigueur et bonne organisation personne
- Autonomie, force de proposition
- Forte capacité opérationnelle et agilité
- Aisance relationnelle et grande capacité d’adaptation
- Sensibilité produit, créativité et connaissances du marché du luxe sont de vrais atouts
