During this short-term assignment, the Retail Operations Administrator will ensure the efficiency of the daily operations within the boutique and co-animate the sales team, together with the Boutique Director. She/he will be responsible for all aspects relating to boutique operations and administrations including but not limited to reporting, retail operations, stock control, Health and Safety, security, and performance analysis. She/he will be the referent for the sales team for any operational questions.

She/he will also be the guardian of the exceptional client experience before, during and after a sale. She/he will always act as an Ambassador of the Maison and as a relay of the Boutique Director on the floor and with the multiple stakeholders.

During this exceptional period, she/he will have the unique chance and opportunity to be deeply involved in the preparation of the two major events, i.e. Watches & Wonders and also the VVIP High Jewlery event in Europe.
