LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment and interim consulting firm, is recruiting for its client, an association, an Administrative Coordinator M/F with fluent English (main language), for a full time permanent position.
**RESPONSABILITIES**
Within a team of 10 people, you will provide administrative support to the association in general and to several people as well. You will contribute to the smooth running of operations and support the various activities.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Cross-functional management: following-up activities of two assistants
- Secretariat office administrative activities
- Communication activities
- Assisting with the implementation of decisions of governing bodies, which may include the need for coordination of new work items for the secretariat
- Website administration: up-to-date, preparing new pages to communicate new content, coordinating specific development and liaising with providers for maintenance, development and hosting
- Leading administration of collaborative platforms, including supporting troubleshooting use by experts and liaison with providers
- Providing assistance in support of smooth running of biannual meetings and web conferences of governing bodies
**PROFILE**
You are university graduated and you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally acquired in an associative environment.
You must be fluent in English as this is the official language of the company. A C1 level in French is also required.
You have experience coordinating IT-related administration, with website maintenance and/or development experience in particular.
Experience in project coordination would be necessary for this position.
You have strong communication skills (oral and written) and strong analytical skills. You are an excellent team player with a high level of dedication. You are organized and able to work in multitasking environment.
