**Job Description**:
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize procurement processes, minimize costs, and enhance supplier relationships.
- Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers while maintaining strong relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contracts while mitigating risks.
- Cost Management: Analyze market trends, monitor pricing fluctuations, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or service levels.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and protect the interests of the organization.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as operations, finance, and logistics to align procurement activities with organizational goals and objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function, identify opportunities for process enhancements, and implement best practices to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier management.
- Proficiency in German and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Knowledge of relevant procurement software and tools.
