Sensor Design Engineering Manager 80 - 100%

**WHAT YOU DO**
- You manage all the Sensor Design Engineering activities in the Angst+Pfister Group.
- You develop and lead the Sensor Development Engineering team.
- You are accountable for effectively leading sensor projects and programmes as Project Manager.
- You coordinate and interface with other departments (Purchasing, Tool Manufacturing, Quality, Production, Logistics, Finance).
- You prepare engineering documentation for sales catalogues and brochures.
- You monitor and follow the progress at customer side after the submission of initial samples.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You bring along a Master’s degree or higher in Microtechnology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- You are an initiator and a self-starter who can guide an inspire others.
- You have more than 4 years’ experience in a similar position in a relevant business field (sensor technology)
- You are familiar with advanced CAE technologies and virtual product development.
- You enjoy prototype development, planning and conducting experiments and you understand the importance of sharing knowledge.
- You are a strong communicator with excellent verbal skills in English and ideally in German.
