We are LEDCity, a cleantech start-up founded in Zurich, with the goal of reducing energy consumption in the lighting sector worldwide by 80 %. To achieve this, we are developing a globally applicable lighting system that uses sensors to control the lighting according to demand.

Tasks
- As technical expert, you will be the link between our sales team, our engineering team, and our customers.
- You will support the sales team with complex projects.
- To improve our products and user exeperience, you will gather customer feedback and coordinate product updates with our engineering team.
- You will manage your own projects. You will analyse existing lighting systems in buildings and evaluate how our solution can be used most efficiently.
- You will be product owner of our new services like for example workplace occupancy monitoring which is based on the data collected from our sensors. You will be the person to contact in the case of questions.
- You will train employees in the sensor and lighting technology segment.

**Requirements**:
Your Must Have’s
- You have a start-up mentality and possess the necessary portion of flexibility.
- You have a university degree in electrical engineering, information technology, environmental engineering, mechanical engineering, software engineering, building automation, or similar.
- Sustainability is important to you, and you are interested in the newest technologies.
- You have a hands-on mentality and a strong willingness to learn - as required in a start-up.
- You are emotionally intelligent (EQ) and have exceptional relationship management skills. You are able to emphasize with internal and external stakeholders.
- You thrive under pressure. You can keep your cool and push on the right priorities.
- You speak fluent Swiss German and have excellent oral and written English skills.

Your Nice to Have’s
- You have experience in product management, sales, or business development.
- You are an expert in the lighting, sensor, or building automation industry and want to pass on your knowledge to your colleagues
