- Technical university degree
- Professional experience in strategic purchasing, development project management or product management is an advantage

Your Responsibilities

Sensirion is a global player in the field of sensor technology. In international and interdisciplinary projects, you will help ensure that Sensirion continues to be a top provider of innovative sensor solutions. Your future supervisor, David (Head of Supply Chain Management), tells you below what the tasks of this exciting position are.
- What are the specific tasks?
- In the recently optimized Strategic Purchasing department, you will take on the project leader role from the Supply Chain Management point of view. Together with the project leaders from R&D, Sales and the Operations Program Manager, you will be heavily involved during the development of our innovative high-tech products. Your goal is to bring the new products to production readiness, taking all commercial and schedule aspects into account. This includes price and contract negotiations with existing partners as well as the worldwide evaluation of new suppliers.
- What are the daily challenges?

In this role, you will help define future product trends and have a significant influence on Sensirion's future product portfolio. As a competent partner for our suppliers, you will build sustainable business relationships and pursue a fair strategy in negotiations without neglecting Sensirion's interests. For this versatile position you need drive and the constant interest to challenge and develop yourself on a daily basis. This also requires out-of-the-box approaches from time to time in order to be successful.
