- Responsible for the handling of the work package “Combustion & Boiler”
- Preparation of engineering documentation for internal (purchasing, construction site) and external partners (consortium partners, subcontractors)
- Takes ownership for the on time, on quality and on budget of the engineering deliverables
- Leads an engineering team (Process, Systems, Design and Arrangement engineers) with responsibility for the functionality of the equipment
- Negotiations with suppliers, monitoring and controlling progress, planning resources and ensuring communication within the team
- Achievement of the sub-project objective in terms of time, quality and financial aspects

**Your experiences**:

- Completed mechanical or process engineering degree (FH/ETH)
- 5+ years’ experience in project management
- Good process knowledge and ideally professional experience in industrial plant construction
- Team collaboration and communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills and resilience
- Fluency in German and English, other languages are an advantage
