- Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration (with strong technical/energy exposure).
- Several years of project management experience in the energy sector or related industries, ideally in transformation or digitalization projects.
- Solid knowledge of project management methods (traditional and/or agile).
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders, from engineers to executives.
- Hands-on, structured, and independent working style with strong drive to deliver. Fluency in German and English

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead strategic transformation projects in the energy sector, ensuring alignment with business and digital goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning engineering, digitalization, and organizational development.
- Build and manage the Project Management Office for governance, standards, and methods.
- Collaborate with the steering committee in planning and executing strategic initiatives.
- Support the rollout of the digital transformation, including a Modern Digital Workplace
- Prepare high-quality decision-making material for top management, including reports and presentations.
- Drive leadership and organizational development, helping implement a modern matrix organization.
- Lead change management and internal communication to ensure engagement and adoption.
- Translate strategy into actionable, measurable outcomes across the organization.
