Visual Designer

Our in-house design team is looking for a Visual Designer to join us in the EF Zurich office.

You are comfortable working independently and can take a concept from idea right through to execution, but also, as a part of the team, you are ready to jump in and make it all happen. You’re following all-new design trends. You’re excited about bringing stories to life that inspire everyone around you.

**What you’ll do**
- Create visual design concepts that are cutting-edge and true to our brand identity
- Produce and deliver motion graphics and animations for various digital media
- Be responsible for concept development and execution, and ensure assets are optimized for various digital media platforms
- Stay current with design trends, techniques, and technologies
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and quality
- Sell your vision and ideas to senior stakeholders with passion and confidence

- An experienced, visionary creative
- Hands-on and detail-oriented
- Earnest, mature, and able to take feedback and iterate based on it
- Fun, empathetic, and eager to contribute to a truly international creative effort
- Passionate about travel and/or education

**Ideal skills & expertise**
- 5+ years of professional multi-channel design experience
- Experience working with motion design
- A stunning portfolio (don’t forget to share it when you apply)
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere or similar tools
- Excellent spoken and written English, other languages a plus
- Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or a related field
