**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be integrated into content workflow across our advertising/social/content marketing teams.
- Work alongside a young, international, highly talented, multi-skilled, and modest digital team.
- Work with our creative team to produce visually engaging images and videos for social media channels.
- Create and adapt design according to the latest social media trend, target audience and platform.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and always on-brand.
- Adapt visual content for over 50 countries in different languages.

**Core competencies**:

- Be currently enrolled in, or a graduate of a relevant design program.
- Have a strong portfolio showcasing your creative and engaging design work - including clear examples of social media designs.
- Solid understanding of design principles (typography, layout composition, color theory, video trends).
- Be fluent in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effect and Illustrator) and Microsoft Office - Canva and other online design tools are a plus.
- Have strong skills in video editing and basic photo retouch.
- Possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Be known for your attention to detail and solid eyes for aesthetics.
- Be flexible to incorporate feedback and revisions in the design if necessary.
- Be overflowing with creative ideas and produce high-quality work.
- Be a fast problem solver who thinks on their feet.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a group.
- Speak English at least a B2 (preferably C1) level.
