Join our cross-functional team in our Zurich Creative Studio. We are looking for a Digital Designer passionate about shaping complex problems into beautiful, simple and user-friendly solutions and experiences. An experienced professional who truly understands visual and interaction design and dares to push the envelope to develop new unique ideas.

As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for designing engaging digital experiences for every aspect of our digital product sites. Your creativity and visualization methods will play a key role in fueling EF's rapidly accelerating digital transformation, building stronger relationships with new and potential customers through design that tells a story effectively and cohesively.

**What you'll do***:

- Work closely with the design lead to create inspirational and appealing visual concepts and prototypes.
- Design functional and easy-to-use interfaces that enable our customers to achieve their objectives in the best possible way.
- You are comfortable working within a design system across different devices and platforms, constantly evolving its expression with new patterns and components.
- Effectively document and hand off designs to engineers and other creative partners.

**Who You Are***:

- Able to design simple and yet beautiful experiences that scale across a complex suite of products, markets, and languages.
- Translate quantitative and qualitative insights into design ideas and concepts.
- A sincere, mature, and ego-free attitude that welcomes candid feedback.
- A willingness to fail and learn - becoming even more creative when faced with limits and ambiguity.
- EU-Citizen or valid work permit to work in Switzerland.

**Ideal skills & expertise***:

- Proven track record (at least 5 years of relevant professional experience) and a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual and interface design skills, outlining your direct contribution.
- You hold a relevant degree within a design related field, including but not limited to; Graphic or Visual Design, Interaction design, etc.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge and experience in using visual design principles and UX design patterns.
- Team player with experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Sketch, Miro, Notion, and Jira.
