Your Team

We are the Brand Experience team consisting of brand environments (incl. the design and build of B2B, D2C and office spaces), visual merchandising and events. Our goal is to showcase On as premium sportswear brand with performance running at its core delivering the best experience to our visitors across the globe. Based in Zurich you will have the pulse of what is globally needed in visual merchandising via strong connection to the regions.

Your Mission
- Lead and manage a global team of visual merchandisers, including coaching, mentoring, and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, architecture and retail operations, to develop and execute visually compelling in-store experiences across all physical channels that support our brand objectives and drive sales.
- Create and implement visual merchandising guidelines, standards, and best practices that ensure consistency and alignment across all store locations.
- Stay current on industry trends, consumer behaviour, and emerging technologies, and incorporate insights into our visual merchandising strategies and plans.
- Create environments that draw visitors into our footwear, apparel and accessories, be a storyteller through the curation of products and colors.
- Develop and execute training programs for store teams on visual merchandising principles and practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising initiatives, using metrics such as sales and customer engagement, and make recommendations for improvement.

Your Story
- 8+ years of experience in visual merchandising, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful visual merchandising strategies.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Great communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in global management across D2C network; brand stores, partner stores, outlets
- Value exploring innovative solutions to required needs.
- Passion for brands and how they communicate in a physical environment.
- Interest in sports, outdoor and lifestyle fashion is a plus.
- Ability to travel as required.
