**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

We are looking for a new colleague with a first experience in payroll and HR administration management, a strong sense of service and highly sensitive to confidentiality and data protection.

**Your future role will require you to**
- HR administration: welcome of new employees, contact with employees for all administrative matters
- Payroll & Social security administration: inputting variables, control, monitoring of social insurance throughout employee's life
- Provide support to employees and managers on the HR tools
- Participation in HR project management

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?**

Knowledge and experience in salary administration is a must have, Swiss HR certificate is a great asset.

French fluent and English will be required to connect with our community from all horizons

In addition, a good sense of customer service, wish to work independently in a changing environment, priority management and pragmatism, agile with figures, organised and a

good team spirit
