Your profile 5+ years of hands-on experience managing on-premises IT infrastructure Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator VMware Certified Professional (VCP) Strong experience with : Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu, RHEL) VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Acronis, etc.). Proficiency in network administration Experience with enterprise security solutions (firewalls, VPN, endpoint protection, SIEMs). Ability to write scripts in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation.
