Switzerland - Zürich - Management and Business Support - Global Wealth Management **Job Reference #** - 257477BR **City** - Zürich **Job Type** - Full Time **Your role** - Do you look for a new challenge within the dynamic and fast paced Wealth Management environment? - Do you have a "can do" mentality and want to be part of our growth story and create impact? - Do you want to proactively go the extra mile with us to service our sophisticated clients? - We’re looking for a client account manager to: - support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience - be the point-of-entry contact for beneficial owners and their trusted advisors regarding account queries, orders, payments, foreign exchange and trades etc. - assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring of client activities - support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals, etc. - collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements **Your team** - You’ll be working in the CST Northern Europe ZH which covers UK, Netherlands, Nordics and Canada / New Zealand / Australia with a focus on the UK Intl. HNWI & UHNW Team. As client account manager you'll play an important role in delivering bespoke client services. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve, and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey. - UBS Global Wealth Management offers comprehensive and highly personalized financial services for individuals, families and family offices around the globe, satisfying their sophisticated needs. We work closely with our dedicated internal partners within Global Wealth Management and occasionally the investment bank and asset management to ensure the best service for our clients. **Your expertise** - 3-5 years experience in financial services, ideally within a wealth management / private banking client facing team - unyielding attention to detail, even when under pressure - sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results - a structured work style, confident working autonomously - an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team - works with absolute discretion, tactfulness, and adaptability to changing demands - team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities - good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels - a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person) - a good command of Microsoft Office and are a fast learner when it comes to new IT products, a good command of UBS internal front-system would be an asset - excellent skills in English (oral and written), further languages are an asset **About us** - UBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager.
