**Role Overview**:
We are looking for High-Ticket Sales Representatives who are passionate about helping clients succeed, skilled in consultative selling, and motivated by performance-driven earnings. This is a 100% remote opportunity to sell high-value programs, mentor clients, and make a meaningful impact.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct professional, consultative sales conversations to understand client goals and needs.
- Qualify potential leads for premium programs and services.
- Mentor clients to support them in achieving meaningful outcomes.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing success.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in consultative or high-ticket sales, preferably in coaching, consulting, or professional services.
- Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
