We are looking ideally , for an ambitious and experienced Sales Executivein Freight Forwarding to generate new business revenues for our office in Baar / Switzerland. We are a dynamic and progressive organisation in Freight Forwarding and Logistics with more than 120 employees, who pride themselves on their effectiveness and professionalism. Our network of offices in Greece, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Kenya and Bulgaria , enables us to have strong presence and prestigious partnerships all over the world, providing our customers outstanding levels of services. You will be part of a company focused in business excellence, where you will be empowered to embrace different challenges to support your career aspirations. Our core working hours are : Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m -17:30 p.m Time allocated for lunch:1 h Overall weekly hours (excluding lunch):40 h Short Job Description: Customer Service Communication with Prospective Customers Market Research for Prospective Customers Proper Follow-up for Nominated Shipments Full Job Description: Establishment, Development and Maintaining Business Relationships with Current Customers and Prospective Customer to generate new business. Cold calls and Presentations to existing and prospective customers. Research Sources for developing Prospective Customers and for Information to determine their potential. Development of clear and effective Written Quotations for Current and Prospective Customers. Skills required: · Excellent use of Internet · Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word,Excel,Power Point) ECDL Core Certificate · Excellent Verbal & Written skills · Fluency in English/German/Other · High School Diploma Skills desired: · High School Diploma Degree in Business/Transport/Sales or Marketing Personal Qualities: · Communication · Team Working · Energetic & Positive Attitude · Flexibility & Diplomacy · High Motivation · Demonstrable Work Experience · Drive & Ambition to be a Sales Executive · Proven Achievements Qualifications Required: · Networking · Persuading selling · Negotiation Skills · Time & Meeting Management · Problem Solving · Effectiveness in Research · Presentation Skills Qualifications we will undertake: · Building Trust · Confidence & Persistence
