Technical Lead

Join our team as a Node.js Technical Lead and take an active role in shaping our developing culture and the future of Archlet. You will influence the future architecture and processes of Archlet's engineering group as well as lead and mentor a talented and passionate department of our Product and Engineering team.

**YOUR MISSION**:

- Be the leader of a passionate development team.
- Be hands-on: design, implement, and run features for our cloud-native SaaS product.
- Closely collaborate with product management and stakeholders shaping requirements and validating their viability.
- Together with the team, define the technical evolution of our SaaS product as well as development practices.
- Coach team members in coding practices and architecture design.
- Have a BIG impact across all development teams by driving improvements on scalability, performance, quality and security.
- Be up to date with latest industry trends and identify opportunities to drive technical and process improvements.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 5+ years experience as professional software engineer with focus on Node.js and TypeScript.
- 3+ years being a Tech Lead or Team Leader, guiding one or more engineering teams
- 3+ years designing and implementing microservice based solutions
- 3+ years experience developing cloud-native solutions in Azure, AWS, or GCP
- 3+ years experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience working in a highly automated environment embracing Continuous Deployment
- Experience designing databases and CRUD logic processing millions of records within seconds
- Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes
