Our Technology teams build and deploy software products for a wide range of financial market clients with a primary focus on the fund data value chain. Our agile teams come together as global solution providers using the latest tools and innovative techniques.

As a Technical Lead, you'll become a vital member of our Data Systems department, working on the development of distributed systems that drive the ingestion, dissemination, and analysis of essential financial core data. Your role will play a pivotal part in shaping the interaction between our data suppliers and consumers, influencing the depth of insights and analyses derived from the data we acquire.

Our primary technological foundation revolves around C# in the backend, which resides on the Azure cloud, complemented by data repositories in both structured, and non-structured storages. Our achievements are deeply rooted in cloud-native design principles and the essence of the DevOps culture.

For crafting user interfaces, we adopt common frontend frameworks powered by TypeScript. Our operational setup is that of a decentralized DevOps unit operating under the Scrum paradigm. Within this framework, you will engage in a comprehensive spectrum of tasks, spanning from refining and designing to executing frontend, backend, and storage solutions, culminating in the deployment process.

**Your key responsibilities as a Technical Lead will include to**:

- Lead and oversee the development team, guiding them in coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining software as per specifications.
- Identify code optimization opportunities for enhanced performance and efficiency.
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship in testing practices to team members.
- Take ownership of technical documentation for code, processes, and software functionality, upholding best practices.
- Ensure that the team follows best practices in documentation and keeps it up to date.
- Stay current with tech trends, share knowledge, and foster continuous learning within the team.
- Manage software deployment, integration, and maintenance in collaboration with infrastructure teams.
- Foster an innovative, collaborative, and supportive work culture, empowering team members.
- Demonstrate time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines effectively.

**To join us as a Technical Lead you will need the following experience and skills**:

- You need to have demonstrated expertise in multiple languages, along with a successful track record of leading and delivering complex projects.
- You should possess 7+ years of experience in full-stack web development, including modern front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS), databases, and server-side stacks. Familiarity with our stack (C#, Azure,.NET, SQL) is a plus.
- You should hold a degree in Computer Science or possess equivalent work experience that demonstrates a strong foundation in the field.
- You ought to be proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban) and have hands-on team experience.
- You will ideally have led software development for companies, being involved in designing features and resolving bugs.
- You need to be self-motivated, proactive, and an excellent communicator, thriving in creative environments.
- You must demonstrate strong English proficiency (CEFR B2 level).
- You need to possess exceptional problem-solving skills and guide the team in making technical decisions.
