Tasks

Globalization and digitalization, changing business models, transforming business value proposition, the quest for competitiveness, the need for flexibility and responsiveness, etc. In this complex economic context - involving paradigm shifts - managers must define their company's strategy and their need for operational excellence, regardless of their sector of activity.

As part of our strategy to strengthen our local presence in Western Switzerland, you will be part of multi-disciplinary team in Geneva, with objective to become the trusted advisor of
our Industrial, Manufacturing (incl. Luxury & Watchmakers) & Retail clients in their major transformations.

At BearingPoint we have a people centric approach and believe in the importance of leadership at all levels. As Manager you will have to:
Business Development
- Participate in the development of the Supply Chain planning activity: pre-sales, commercial proposals, POC, publisher partnerships, trade shows & webinars.
- Organize a functional and technological watch of the planning solutions available on the market
- Manage the relationship with some solution partners (e.g. Anaplan)

Project delivery
- Participate in projects to define target Supply Chain Planning operating model and subsequent processes
- Support your clients in the specification, design and configuration of solutions and manage the project delivery (e.g with the agile methodology)

Practice development
- Maintain and develop your existing client portfolio with all the assets BearingPoint can provide
- Support the development of new clients starting with Supply-Chain Planning projects

**Requirements**:

- Successful completion of a master's degree in engineering, business, economics or similar
- At least 5 years of experience in a consulting firm, working for Industrial & Manufacturing in the Supply-Chain domain
- Leadership experience of major projects with regard to Supply Chain Planning (strategy, process optimization, solution implementation) in a private organization
- Existing client portfolio in Switzerland and the interest to expand the customer base
- Native or fluent in French, business fluent in English (both written and spoken), German is a plus
