**CONTEXT & MISSION**:
We are looking for a highly motivated **Inventory Distribution Manager** In this role, you will be responsible for replenishment planning and order-to-invoice execution, from primary warehouse to regional warehouses and to affiliate warehouses. You will ensure product availability to fulfill local customer orders (stores, wholesale, travel-retail, web, inter-company), while maintaining the proper inventory level.

You will:

- be one of the key contacts of the supply chain counterparts for demand management;
- analyzing inventories and initiating relevant actions to ensure inventory targets are met.

The position is based in Plan-Les-Ouates (near Geneva) and reports to the Global Deployment Organization Solutions & News Brands Senior Manager.

**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Key communicator and contact between local and central teams, responsible for the following:

- Product availability in affiliates warehouses;
- Optimized inventory planning;
- Order portfolio management (optimization);
- Order-to-delivery execution;
- Optimization of operations costs related to stock deployment;
- Reduction of non-value-adding complexity (simplification);
- Maintenance of Planning Master Data.
- Manage product catalog and product lifecycle;
- Lead the Replenishment Planning Process to balance target Service Level to Customers, FG Inventory and Replenishment Costs;
- Support the continuous improvement of the business processes related to finished goods replenishment, inventory management and system utilization;
- Understanding of all aspects of supply chain including inventory control and projections, warehousing, logistics, and transportation management;
- Key business lead and contact for system improvements, updates and tests.

**HOW YOU CAN FIT**:

- Master’s Degree in Logistics or related field;
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role (Inventory Planning) ideally in wholesale business and/or beauty industry;
- Fluent in English & French is a real plus;
- Proficient in using Excel (Macros) with excellent knowledge of SAP (MM; SD);
- Experience in database extraction like SQL is a strong plus;
- High level of autonomy and will to take ownership;
- Rigorous with strong analytical skills and structured approach;
- Strong customer-centric approach and business-orientation;
- Appetite for IT solutions;
- Team-player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with multiple stakeholders;
- Fast-learner with an appetite for change and challenges;
- At ease with complexity and an international fast-paced environment.
