**Marketing Manager / Growth Hacker**

**Digital Marketing, Community Management and Brand Ambassador**

Have you ever heard about growth hacking ? We are a small company active in recruitment and executive search globally. Based in Geneva we are lucky to help clients in Europe and the Middle-East and we were one of the pioneer in digital recruitment: we have been actually using LinkedIn in our recruitment strategy since 2012. Young and dynamic we anticipate an important external growth phase and we need to create a new role and function dedicated to marketing, to work directly with one of the partner.

We are looking for our growth hacker, a dynamic and versatile marketing manager with an entrepreneurial mindset, a creative touch, fluent in French and English to drive the marketing effort and set-up best practices in digital marketing, community management and branding. This is a fantastic opportunity of creating the marketing division of UR Capital in collaboration with one of the partner

**Responsibilities**:
Participate to the sale and commercial development effort with strategic recommendations and design of marketing solutions. In more details:
BRANDING AND MARKETING
- Rebranding and design of a new website and a new brand : Auraa Capital
- Creation and design of marketing materials (brochures, adds, roll-up and business cards) both printed and digitals ; as well as Goodies
- Community Management: Use of tools such as Glassdoor, Google / Google adds, LinkedIn and other social networks to inure best in class digital marketing and branding presence
- Design of a media plan / digital strategy
- Conception of a salary guide and coordination of sales and distribution
- Database management

COMMUNICATION
- Creation of content and articles (with the help of managers) and distribution
- Development of relationship with Media - negotiate communication partnership to raise UR Capital brand awareness
- Management and development of the LinkedIn company page - 8000 subscribers
- Entertainment of 2 clubs / private network : Wine club and Entrepreneur club
- Business intelligence: identifying best conferences and networking events and negotiate communication partnership to raise UR Capital's brand awareness

Several of the points listed above are already existing tasks or responsibilities undertaken by one of the team members. The role will be to coordinate existing actions, improve and centralize them, create new ones in cooperation with senior management to insure first calls marketing and communication practice.
