Marketing Manager

Responsible to develop and implement a marketing strategy for the Private Banking by working very closely with the business, understanding the competition, contributing to shape Syz’s Unique Selling Proposition (USP) and equipping Relationship Managers with the tools needed to win business.
Mission
- Support the Head of Client solutions and Marketing & Communication in the design and implementation of the marketing strategy, including:
- support definition of marketing strategies together with the Front;
- conceptualize and organize client facing events;
- organize and deploy investment / products campaigns;
- run market research for the private bank.
- Support the Communication team with all communication activities related to investment / business development:
- conceptualize, create and manage content across multiple channels for the Bank;
- collaborate productively across Bank departments e.g. Investment department, Chief of Staff and facilitate the creation of content requested;
- create dynamic written support or audio materials (including virtual events / webinars / town halls) that translate the Bank's image, products and services into compelling “story telling” for internal and external audiences;
- Contribute to brand development activities including Syz website.
- Pro-actively anticipate the needs and manage requests from internal stakeholders, mainly Front and Investment Platform colleagues.
Profil
**Education**:University Degree (MBA, Masters or Equivalent) - CFA a strong plus
**Professional Experience required**:
- 5 to 10 years’ experience within the Private banking industry or financial services sector, ideally with an exposure to product management / distribution responsibilities and to marketing / communication
**Professional competencies**:
- In depth knowledge and understanding of financial markets with a proven ability to learn technically complex businesses and deliver/implement innovative marketing campaigns that drive the business forward
- Strong understanding of private banking dynamics and business development strategies, with a proven ability to link business strategy with marketing strategy
- A proven ability to think analytically and develop solutions that meet the business needs of the organization;
- The ability to write in both English and French to the highest standard
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Digital Technology.
