In this vacancy, we are supporting a strongly technically anchored company that is a global leader in the high-tech sector. **Work location**: Canton St. Gallen **Home office**: For EU residents 1 day, for Swiss residents at least 2 days **Reporting Line**: Head SCM (product range) As a Lead Supply Chain Manager, your mission is to oversee and enhance supply chain operations for your assigned product range. Your strategic insight and leadership will drive the development of supply chain strategies aligned with our overall objectives, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction at optimal costs. Tasks **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Develop and implement supply chain strategies in collaboration with Strategic Sourcing (Category Management) and Operations to maximize efficiency and reduce costs. - Lead the supply chain team (Teamleads, Specialists, operational Buyers) towards achieving excellence in execution and performance, monitored through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Serve as a pivotal business partner across departments, including Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations, to ensure cohesive supply chain management. - Direct product range-specific supply chain functions, focusing on strategy, resource optimization, and profitability to enhance customer satisfaction. - Plan and manage sourcing and procurement activities to meet product demand requirements effectively. **Requirements**: **YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**: - A university degree in Engineering, International Management, Economics, or a related field. - Proven leadership experience with a global team, preferably in industrial operations, project purchasing, and strategic initiatives. - Excellent project management skills, with a strong focus on cross-functional stakeholder management. - Fluent in German and English, with a proactive, results-oriented approach to challenges. - A collaborative team player with a drive for continuous improvement and talent development within the organization. **Benefits**: **Overview**: \*\* - Targeted preparation for interviews. - Assistance with apartment hunting. - Networking with insurance providers (partnerships with Axa, Swisslife, and a comparison portal similar to "Check24"). - Referral to tax advisors. - Practical tips for moving (administrative procedures, etc.).
