**About the role**:
**You are offered** Our client is an emerging Swiss dermatology company dedicated to skin pigmentation. They strive at discovering, developing and bringing novel dermo-cosmetic products for skin pigmentation concerns. Reporting to the Supply Chain & Operation Manager, the Junior Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for delivering our products to customers in the most cost-effective and timely manner, as well as further optimizing our Supply Chain.

**Work tasks**:

- Process customer orders and coordinate shipments for Scientis Headquarters and USA subsidiary
- Handle customer claims and consumer queries with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Manage supply planning and inventory for some fullfillment centers
- Support Supply Chain manager in data collection, maintenance and analysis
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Supply Chain processes
- Other Ah-hoc requests as business evolves

**We are looking for**:
**To succeed in the role, your personal skills are**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business / Engineering
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience in relevant position is an asset
- Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Data and Process driven
- Excellent IT skills and knowledge of ERP systems is an asset
- Fluency in English and French
